The Northern Cape International Trade Week 2025 Is Set To Catalyze Investment and growth in Mining, Agriculture, Tourism and renewable energy

Kimberly, Northern Cape- The Northern Cape International Trade Week will be taking place from 28-31 October 2025 in Kimberly. This four-day event aims to forge international trade partnerships, showcase local investment opportunities and accelerate economic growth across key sectors including mining, agriculture, renewable energy, tourism and industrial development. 

"Trade Week provides a much needed environment for local businesses to meet global partners, secure funding and showcase what the Northern Cape has to offer" said Denis Ackulay, Chief of MyArts International. "We Are confident that this event will unlock new investments, create jobs and position the Northern Cape as  a leading destination for trade and industry", added Chief denis.

What to Expect

  • Day 1 (28 October): Industrial site visits and an international Trade Networking Session designed to connect local businesses with global partners
  • Day 2(29 October): Official Opening Ceremony featuring the signing of MOUs/MOAs and agreement documents; sector presentations on trade and investment potential; followed by an Exhibition & Funding Forum.
  • Day 3(30 October): Business Orientation for international guests, continued exhibition and a Business Development Forum with emphasis on investment opportunities in the Northern Cape and showcasing local products and projects.
  • Day 4(31 October): Partner-led events including capacity building workshops, followed by a Closing Ceremony.
