The Waterfall City Beautification Project proudly celebreates South Africa's rich artistic heritage through a powerful tribute to Dr. Ester Mahlangu, the globally acclaimed Ndebele artist. In her honor, vibrant murals inspired by the Ndebele Culture now adorn the staircases of Entrance 12 at the Mall Of Africa and the Novartis Building, transforming these spaces into living canvases of identity and pride.
Spearheaded by MyArts International, this project not only is a integral start to the beautification of Waterfall City but also pays homage to Gogo Mahlangu's legacy - A symbol of resiliance, creativity and the enduring spirit of African art that continues to inspire generations.
